The three-day forum, running from 19–21 May, has become a cornerstone event for the built environment sector, bringing together over 16,000 attendees including investors, developers, local authorities, and government leaders.

UKREiiF (United Kingdom Real Estate Investment & Infrastructure Forum) is widely regarded as a “must-attend” event, designed to connect businesses and unlock investment opportunities across the UK.
This year’s event features more than 60 stages, 150 exhibitors, and discussions spanning housing, infrastructure, sustainability, and regional regeneration.
