Aztec Maxi Combi Boiler

The ultimate space saving solution and ideal where space is at a premium but hot water storage is required.

The Aztec Maxi Combi provides both heating and hot water, removing the need for a cylinder for hot water storage saving valuable space.  This compact boiler requires no extensive pipework or flue kit.

Designed for installation in a utility room or airing cupboard and will sit flush alongside kitchen wall cabinets.

Available in 8, 10 or 12kW outputs and fully controllable via the supplied digital programmer or via smart app.

8kW Model suitable for a 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom property.

10kW Model suitable for a 1 - 2 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom property.

12kW Model suitable for a 2 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom property.

Supplied with pressure reducing valve and isolation valve set.

The boiler comes complete with a 2¼” BSP immersion heater connection for a secondary heater to be fitted if required. This heater could utilise solar energy supplied from P.V panels and possibly supply the equivalent of between one to two baths of free hot water per day depending on the weather.

Frequently Asked Questions

Check the in built timer for hot water has been activated and the three On/Off periods have been set along with the tank target temperature. Please page 7 of the Installation and operating instructions.

Check the Red Power Symbol is illuminated on the boiler display, Press the On/Off button to illuminate the Red Power Symbol. Check the external controls are calling for heat, TC should be illuminated on the boiler display next to the Red Power Symbol

Check the target temperature is higher than the actual temperature. Adjust the hysteresis to a lower setting to activate the boiler. See the Installation and operating instructions for more details.

Make sure the screen has not been locked. Press and hold the Confirm button for 5 seconds to lock or unlock the screen. Isolate the power supply to the boiler for 30 seconds. Re-introduce the power and check the screen for correct operation.

F6 indicates insufficient water flow around the heating system. Usually due to air in the system or a poorly designed heating system. Check to make sure the system has an auto by-pass valve. Contact your installer if unsure

A. Make sure the boiler has a flow restrictor fitted on the cold water supply to the boiler, this will slow the water down flowing through the boiler and help increase the water temperature at the tap.
