Frequently Asked Questions

Check the Red Power Symbol is illuminated on the boiler display, Press the On/Off button to illuminate the Red Power Symbol. Check the external controls are calling for Heat, TC should be illuminated on the boiler display next to the Red Power Symbol.

Check the boilers in-built timer has been deactivated. Check the target temperature is higher than the actual temperature. Adjust the hysteresis to a lower setting to activate the boiler. See the Installation manual for more details.

Make sure the screen has not been locked. Press and hold the Confirm button for 5 seconds to lock or unlock the screen. Isolate the power supply to the boiler for 30 seconds. Re-introduce the power and check the screen for correct operation.

F1 indicates the boiler has over heated and activated the over temperature safety thermostat. Please contact your installer or local engineer.

F6 indicates insufficient water flow around the heating system. Usually due to air in the system or a poorly designed heating system. Check to make sure the system has an auto by-pass valve. Contact your installer if unsure.
